MR. SOURABH AGARWAL

Mr. Agarwal leads the group’s agenda of combining cutting-edge consumer insights, technology, and innovation to develop and grow a range of products in the food, infrastructure, and hospitality space that deliver on the needs and aspirations of India’s next-generation, young customers.
Mr. Agarwal also has vast experience in corporate planning, growth strategies, and business development. He has managed critical business responsibilities in various areas including strategic planning for setting up aluminum plants and project executions.
VIDYA BHARTIA GARG
She leads Digital Strategy, Brand, Legal, and M&A for FNIPL and the group companies. In this capacity, she drives a company-wide strategy on building new digital interventions through online platforms and ecosystems to help improve customer experience, foster collaborative innovation and enhance data-led decision making in business.
A qualified solicitor, Mrs. Garg is responsible for the company's legal strategy including supervising MOU with FPOs, commercial contracts, structuring M&A transactions. As the Brand Custodian, she works closely with the Sustainability, Marketing, and Communication teams across the group with a focus on building a responsible corporate brand. As a member of the FNIPL board of directors, she is also involved with key decisions related to business strategy, talent management, and corporate governance.
Mrs Garg is a M.Com. and obtained L.L.B. degree. She is a member of the Bar Association of India. She is an ardent supporter of the environment. As member of the Kamala Agarwal Foundation, she is actively involved in KAF’s community development efforts including building toilets, women empowerment, child education and skilling.
